This is a short story that can be summed up in four words: great chocolates...bad messaging. We were in love with this place the first time we saw it. They have a charming building, great story, exceptional hand-made chocolates, a timeless logo and good packaging. They had dull and faded billboards, a woeful website and a very balky e-commerce tool. Another short story: they don't anymore!
