We took on this historic, but challenging neighborhood that is being revitalized through the work and contribution of many agencies and gave it the optimistic slogan "Surprising St. Clair" and then set out to showcase all the positive aspects of living here. We created a Welcome Center, neighborhood signage, website and other marketing tools that are helping replace run-down residences with brand new and fully renovated housing.
