The State's governing body for High School athletics has a great north side location that all employees and guests loved. The only drawbacks were the dated, closed in look of the building and the finicky HVAC system - both of which harkened back to the 70's. We stepped in and orchestrated an incredible, energetic facelift that started with the redesign of the interior and became a total, green makeover of the building, including roofing, HVAC and landscaping. The before and afters indicate show the extent to which this facility was re-purposed.
